Plan for connectivity
Find out when the connection is most reliable, pause background downloads during live lessons and plan for interruptions. Recorded lessons and downloadable notes help when data is limited.
Create a safe learning space
A quiet place with a suitable surface, comfortable seating and good light, with an adult nearby for younger learners.
Practise responsible participation
Follow the teacher’s guidance on cameras, microphones and chat. Keep passwords private and share personal information only through authorised channels.
